Yes. If you have not registered on our new Customer Self Service system, it will be necessary to complete account registration even if you had a login with our previous view/pay bill website. It will be necessary to enter the last name on your bill, account number and service address zip code.
On the Account Login page, please select Forgot Password and enter your email address. A temporary password will be sent to your registered email address.
There are options to change your password or email address located on the left sidebar of the Account Details page on our Customer Self Service system.
Before one of our technicians can come to turn on your natural gas service, your water and electricity need to be turned on. This ensures that our technician can check that all your natural gas appliances work safely.
You can manage all your natural gas accounts online as they are all associated with your profile.
We read your meter each month manually. This allows us to charge you accurately for the exact amount of natural gas you use. Please keep your meter unobstructed to provide safe and easy access for our employees.
If you'd like to submit your own meter read:
- Login to your account
- Click on the Meter Read tab
- Click Submit
If you do not have an online account, please contact us to submit your meter read.
